Software License Agreement, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using USBlyzer, hereinafter referred to as "this Software Product".

By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Software Product, you acknowledge this License Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, then do not install, copy, distribute, or otherwise use this Software Product.

Registered Version

One registered copy of this Software Product may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or it may be installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by more than one person, but not both.

Evaluation Version

This is not free software product. You are hereby licensed to use this Software Product for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this Software Product after the 30-day evaluation period a registration fee is required. Using this Software Product after the evaluation period violates copyright laws and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT, THE ACCOMPANYING FILES AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Distribution

This Software Product may be distributed freely in its original unmodified and unregistered form. The distribution has to include all files of its original distribution. Distributors are prohibited from charging, or requesting donations.

Other Restrictions

You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble this Software Product, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Copying

You may make copies of this Software Product for backup and archival purposes in its original unmodified and unregistered form. You may not transfer the rights to a backup or archival copy.

Termination

This License Agreement is effective until terminated. Upon the expiration of the evaluation term, your rights under this License Agreement terminate automatically without notice from the licensor. Without prejudice to any other rights, the licensor may terminate this License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. Upon termination or expiry of this License Agreement for any reason, you agree to destroy all copies of this Software Product and all of its component parts in your possession.
